Schedule:

Thursday Skates: September 17, 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10, 17, 

We Will Focus On:

• Defensive Skating: Backward skating & transitions, edge control & mobility, gap control.

• Puck Battle & Recovery: Body positioning, stick & body disruption, puck retrieval techniques.

• Defensive Positioning: Defensive zone coverage, angling & containment, support & communication.

• Game Application: Small area defensive drills, decision making under pressure, repetition with purpose.

Note: Players must complete the player registration and sign off on the player form/waiver before attending. Spots are limited, register online. Cash will not be accepted (credit or debit at the door only).
