Refund & Cancellation Policy

By registering and submitting payment for an Everest Hockey Group tournament team, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All tournament registration fees are non-refundable.

Once a player accepts a roster position and payment is made, Everest Hockey Group commits funds toward tournament registration, coaching, ice, administration, and other team-related expenses.

If a player withdraws or is unable to participate for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or personal circumstances, no refund or credit will be issued.

If a player is unable to participate due to injury or illness, tournament fees remain non-refundable. Requests involving exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by Everest Hockey Group on a case-by-case basis; however, a refund or credit is not guaranteed.

Tournament dates, locations, schedules, divisions, formats, and opponents are controlled by the tournament organizer and may be subject to change.

Everest Hockey Group is not responsible for changes made by the tournament organizer.

If a tournament is cancelled, any refund or credit provided to players will be determined based on the amount, if any, refunded or credited to Everest Hockey Group by the tournament organizer, less any non-recoverable team expenses already incurred.

Players and families are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, meals, and other personal expenses unless specifically stated otherwise.

Everest Hockey Group is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs resulting from a player withdrawal, schedule change, tournament cancellation, weather event, or other circumstance outside of our control.

Choosing a payment plan does not change the total financial commitment. Once a roster position has been accepted, the player is responsible for all scheduled payments associated with their registration.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you have a concern regarding a payment or your player’s participation, please contact Everest Hockey Group directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to address the matter.
